A South Florida developer has purchased a prime piece of land in downtown Orlando with plans for a mixed-use project.
The deal was brokered by APEX Capital Realty’s Miguel Pinto on behalf of the buyer. The seller was represented by Madison Capital Group’s Tim Martorella and APEX Capital Realty’s Ron Mann.
