Miguel Pinto is a renowned figure in the world of commercial real estate, with an impressive ability to identify market opportunities before they arise. His expertise has earned him a reputation as one of the industry's leading brokers, with recognition from top investors, banking institutions, equity advisors, and other top brokers.

Over his career, Miguel has closed more than $1.5 billion in transaction volume. He was named a South Florida Business Journal Power Broker for 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025, and was honored as a 2025 South Florida Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree.

In 2017, Miguel established APEX Capital Realty as an independent commercial brokerage. APEX has closed more than 300 transactions and over $2 billion in transaction volume and has assembled a team of more than 20 Commercial Advisors, and growing. Under his direction, APEX launched APX Insure, its commercial insurance division, and expanded into Orlando.

Miguel mentors students on the FIU real estate council at the Tibor & Sheila Hollo School of Real Estate. He also led the firm's Lotus House toy drive and the Feeding South Florida food drive.
