Sunshine Dade Investments, led by Sunshine Gasoline Distributors’ Maximo Alvarez, sold the former gas station property on Biscayne Boulevard, property records show. Two separate LLCs own the adjacent sites. Apex Capital Realty’s Michael Hinton brokered the sales of the latter two smaller parcels on 36th Street.
The assemblage takes up an entire block covering 1.6 acres. Cirrus Real Estate Partners financed the deal.
