A North Carolina auto dealer is set to build its first location in South Florida after purchasing a property just north of downtown Miami for $25 million.

Sikka Investments LLC, managed by Shirin and Barkat A. Daredia of Plano, Texas, sold the one-acre property at 2121 Biscayne Blvd. to an affiliate of Raleigh, North Carolina-based Johnson Automotive. Rani Hussami of Apex Capital Realty brokered the deal after helping Johnson Automotive find its first Miami location.
