Rani Hussami
Rani Hussami engages in all areas of commercial real estate brokerage focusing mostly on Investments; Retail and Multi-family. Rani knows the community well and has a wealth of connections within the area. This allows him to facilitate results for buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, and investors alike. Rani has approximately twenty years of experience in commercial real estate and represented companies on the acquisition and disposition of properties that best fit their business needs. He has also worked with tenants looking for office, industrial and retail space by advising them on the different options available in the area and has been on the opposite side of the table working with landlords by making their properties competitive in the market and advising them on tenant selection. Rani is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designee and provides investment services to commercial real estate investors by advising on acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio management. These services include identifying new real estate opportunities, bringing current holdings to market, negotiating business terms, and performing financial analysis. Prior to joining Apex Capital realty, Rani was a commercial broker at Marcus & Millichap. He also worked at NAI Piedmont Triad, a commercial brokerage firm in Greensboro North Carolina prior to relocating to South Florida.
