He has over a decade’s worth of experience in the hospitality industry and has worked his way up to managerial duties in various industries, from casinos, private business clubs and duty-free shops aboard Cruise Line ships to some of the most successful restaurants in Miami. Ovy’s insight and respect for the variety of cultures allow him to integrate them with ease into any environment. His educational background is in Management- Marketing and International Business, in which Ovy worked closely with some of the top brokers in Miami and experienced firsthand the reshaping of downtown Miami. His focus as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor is on Urban Core, Miami’s emerging markets, and land development. Joining Apex Capital Realty gave him a new vision for the future of the real estate business, and he plans to put his own stamp on the new Miami.
