This included several openings and operational overhauls for Chef Michael Mina, The Fountainebleau Resort, and numerous local operators in Florida and Latin America; regularly realizing substantial improvements in operational profitability across the various contexts. He is a dedicated practitioner of Capoeira Nagô and surfs as often as weather permits.
