Adriano Salucci is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over a decade of experience driving strategic sales, business development, and marketing initiatives across dynamic markets in Florida and the Southeast. As Vice President of Investment Sales at APEX Capital Realty, Adriano applies a results-oriented approach to investment sales, land assemblage, retail and industrial transactions, consistently delivering value for owners, investors, and developers.
A Miami Shores native, Adriano began his career in real estate and construction with Beezley Management, a boutique construction management firm in Los Angeles, where he opened the company’s Wynwood office and oversaw project coordination and client relations. He later led the Southeast region for Bisnow Media, the largest commercial real estate media and events platform in the world, where he significantly expanded Florida market operations and cultivated deep industry networks across institutional and private capital markets.
In addition to his brokerage success, Adriano brings a unique blend of programming strategy and property marketing expertise from his role leading events, leasing, and tenant engagement at The Citadel Miami, a 66,000+-square-foot mixed-use creative campus. His multifaceted background enables him to elevate property positioning and optimize outcomes in competitive investment landscapes.
Adriano has closed more than $150+ million across 40+ commercial real estate transactions, representing both sellers and buyers in retail, industrial, multifamily, and land development deals throughout South Florida.He holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Barry University and is known for his strategic market insights, client-first service, and commitment to cultivating long-term relationships that drive exceptional investment performance.
