Miami-based 170 NE 40 Street Inc., managed by Steve Rhodes, sold the 38,418 square feet of commercial buildings at 2085 and 2121 N.W. Second Ave., plus 172nd N.W. 21st St., to Miami-based G Wealth Management. Jason Abitbol of Apex Capital Realty worked with the buyer.
