Sunshine Dade Investments LLC, managed by Maximo Alvarez; 345 NE 36th St LLC, managed by attorney Dennis Richard; and Granda LLC, managed by Robinson Cueto, sold the 1.6-acre site at 3601 Biscayne Blvd., 345 and 409 N.W. 36th St. to the local developer. Former Apex Capital Realty advisor Michael Hinton the buyer and the sellers of the two properties on Northwest 36th Street.
