One Thousand Group has announced acquiring and financing a 1.6-acre site in Edgewater, Miami, where they plan to build a mixed-use development dubbed Tower 36. The $53 million transaction, financed by Cirrus Real Estate Partners, includes three parcels at 3601 Biscayne Boulevard, 345 NE 36th Street, and 409 NE 36th Street.
