A restaurant concept that’s generating a lot of buzz is making its way to Florida thanks to the efforts of Lee & Associates South Florida. Senior Vice President Matthew Katzen recently represented Galbi Steakhouse & Sushi in securing a new lease at Hyde Beach House in Hollywood. Ovy Anghel, Commercial Advisor at APEX Capital Realty, represented the Landlord.
New to the Florida market, the restaurant plans to open its doors on the ground floor of Hyde Beach House at 4010 S. Ocean Drive, marking its first location outside of Connecticut. The 10-year lease is for a 3,300-square-foot space. GALBI aims for a summer 2024 opening, with Katzen advising GALBI in its search for additional locations within South Florida.
