Ron Mann
Ron is an established Commercial Real Estate Real Estate Advisor at APEX Capital Realty. With a focus on multifamily, retail and industrial properties, Ron works closely with companies looking to build up their investment portfolio, deploy capital and develop a more extensive presence in the marketplace.
Prior to working at APEX, Ron was involved in the financial funding and operations of several media and technology firms and was instrumental in the launch of Rediff USA (NASDAQ: REDF), a worldwide media and technology company that broadened the reach of the burgeoning Asian-Indian Market throughout North America. His media and publishing background includes the development of several magazines and custom publishing programs in the New York City and South Florida areas. Most recently, he was the Publisher and President of Executive Publishing Group where he oversaw the complete business development, graphic design, content integration and distribution network for the company.
In his most recent position, Ron was the Chief Marketing Officer for the Florida Alternative Investment Association, a membership organization comprised of individuals and companies from the world of private equity, hedge funds, portfolio management and family offices. Ron’s expertise and experience in an array of industry sectors including real estate, financial services, asset allocation and business development provides comprehensive advisory and acquisition opportunities for his clients.
Ron is a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent and sits on the board of the Miami Chapter of the Asian American Real Estate Association, a nationwide group with 17,000 members in 42 cities. Ron is a graduate of the University of Miami (BA/Communications).
